The valets picked up my vehicle for Lincoln recalls. That in itself is worth a five-star rating. While there, the service department investigated two other issues with the vehicle. Kudos to my service advisor Kyle Gross, who saved me over $1,000.00 by contacting Lincoln, which authorized a warranty replacement of the liftgate motors/shocks. This dealership deserves 1,000 stars.

At this appointment I was told my car needed the transmission fluid changed at 60,000 miles. I have over 60,000 miles on my car and when I brought it in for the 60,000 check up no one ever said anything about needing the transmission fluid changed. I asked what all needed to be done for the 60,000 mile check up! I googled miles for a transmission changed and it said between 60-75,000.
My tire was low and I was on my way to Cleveland to see my husband in the hospital. Ron had my tire fixed promptly and got me on my way. He has been very helpful the past for me and my husband.

The service attendant was very professional and had my best interest for having the oil and tires rotated and checked my muffler system to inform me that I needed a new muffler system, which I agreed with and now I have it scheduled for Friday.

Went in to have rear camera replaced. Rep said he had to get parts come back next day, I did, no parts. Told to come back next day, I did, wait 90 min. no parts.5 days later replaced Camera, within 24 hrs. later the car exhibited faults: blind spot, cross traffic, steering, warning lights and the car not starting.

Recently bought and serviced a car at Classic Ford. Both experiences were great. Bought a new car from Gregg and was efficient, no games and even found a rebate we didn't know about. Service by Ron was also hassle free, replaced part of the steering column and changed the oil in a Diesel before 2:30. Thanks!!!
The service center did a great job and went out of there way to take care of me, that being said dealer rater is a terrible way to get comments on service, this is the second time I have filled this out so surely there is something wrong in there system that after a while would discourage customers to answer there questions

i came in for an oil change and a knocking noise and they did not do the oil change, I had to waist another 1 1/2 hours the following day to get my oil change!!

I had a request for a vehicle that was not in stock, but they found a vehicle that was not in stock, but they worked out a dealer trade to acquire the car the same day for me. Very happy with the service, which is why I am a returning customer.
