Great experience with the service department at Classic Ford Mentor. Rick explained what would be done, how long it should take, and estimated cost. He kept me updated on progress, and service was complete much quicker than expected…with no surprises. Aiden sent a wrap up video of my vehicle while explaining everything that was done. Classic Ford Mentor exceeded expectations!

Not sure that repair was needed. After $5,500 in exhaust replacement cel came back on for exhaust issue. Turned out technician broke a new sensor at some point and had to replace it. Could have always been the issue? Could the issue have been the injector that I asked to have replaced proactively? Will never know.

Unfortunately, when the service tech got here, we found out that Ford had handled it through some type of remote update on their own and didn’t tell anyone. We had an appointment at 10am, dropped our car off at 9am. We never recieved calls or texts regarding our car. When we called at 1 for an update, they said they were just starting our car. We went shopping and to lunch to give them more time. At 3 we called again since we had not received anything, the car was just finished. They completed an oil change and a tire rotation. Labor was okay, the parts price was a huge rip off, I even mentioned to the service manager multiple times that I was staring at a better price on the parts from the OEM site and I had even called parts and service before my appointment to make sure they had stock parts and I didn’t need to order out. Paid more than $100 more on parts than if I had ordered my own OEM

Oil changes and tire rotations are not difficult yet two of the last three service appointments I had required two trips each. I don't recognize the name of the service person on this survey. It was Josiah who understood my concerns and helped get my issues resolved to my satisfaction. I'll still be back for service as this is something I do annually. I realize sometimes mistakes are made and the important thing is we got it resolved.
